This question has been asked before by me and others. With the many programs Chad has provided, in which sequence would you perform his programs. I am mainly interested in hypertrophy.
I am trying it in this fashion
Triple Strips (hybrid progam)
I will let you know how it comes out. I did the TBT for 8 weeks with good results, and I was on reduced cals.

someone asked chad the same question in his waterbury method article. the order given goes like this:
Triple Total Training
Total Body Training
And i’ll give credit where credit is due. Of course, chad for making the programs, and it was beauzo who asked about the order.
