What kind of results can I expect on Waterbury method with a lifestyle eating style of t-dawg 2.0? I’ve been on t-dawg for 3 months now, I love it. Starting to tighen up everwhere.
Recently I started Waterbury method, and this program is awesome! Ive been so ‘beat up’ on my off days, that I cant even do cardio. If I don’t perform HIIT 2-3 times a week, but bust my azz and lift heavy, can I lean out on this diet + plan?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Stats: 6’, 205lbs
diet: t-dawg 2.0
supplements soon will be HOT-ROX, Spike, and Alpha Male. I have dextrose for PWO shakes.
