Waterbury Method Progression

I’m about to start the Waterbury Method. I see that it is outlined for 4 weeks. What happens after the 4th week? Do I switch programs or can I continue using the Waterbury Method? If so do I change anything?

Also how can I increase the poundage on exercises like hammer curls by 2.5% or even 5%? With dumbells at my gym that is not possible.
