I am an amateur athlete who has been on WS4SB for a few months now. I was looking for a change so I was going to try the Waterbury Method ( http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=534922 ) for a while. Is this program beneficial for athletes or is it mainly for hypertrophy??
Aren’t we all atheletes in some form or another? You should be a little more specific.
In my opinion west side for skinny bastards is way better for athletes. Just switch up your skinny bastards programs(exercises rep ranges and sets) and hit it hard. Waterbury’s programs are catered toward hypertrophy. Defranco’s programs are made for performance.
