Waterbury Method-Alternative Exercises

Chad,

I have experienced great results with the 10x3 and 4x6 program. I would like to start it again but I have one major problem. I have a stress fracture in one of my legs and I can't do any lower body work for a long while. How would you suggest splitting the upper body exercises since that is all I can do so I don't overtrain? Thanks in advance.
