Spike is excellent for mentally gearing up for workouts.
The faster you drop weight, the more of that weight will be muscle, so you’re trying to burn the candle at both ends I’m afraid
That said, try 2-a-days. Just add 3-4 brief workouts per week, consiting of thing like shiort sprints, sled dragging, car pushing, etc. We’re only talking like 20 minute workouts here. Do them at night when you’d ordinarily be on the couch watching the tube, with one eye on the fridge.
The workouts will not only boost metabolism, they’ll also blunt your nightime desire to snack.
Let me know how this works for you.
Just wondering if you have any suggestions for a short program like a month or less that would cut my bodyfat heavily, but also maintain muscle or even gain more muscle. I have been training for 2 years, and I will give you my stats, unfortunately I dont have access to my bf % but I would assume around 14%, lets just say I can see abs decently well.
Right now my goal is to get as shredded as possible, without losing too much weight, I am tall so I do not want to be skinny and cut!
I am 6’6 weigh 260 lbs, currently train 2-3 times a week, usually doing compound exercises squats, leg press, bench press. I am just wondering what kind of training or what supplements you would suggest for me. In terms of nutrition I am very health conscious, I have 1 cheat day a week, and the rest of the week I eat extremely clean, high fibre, I get in my good fats via olive oil, and flax seeds. I want to be beach ready! Any suggestions would be great. Thanks! Greatly appreciated! [/quote]
