This is a question for anyone who has purchased this book. I just finished the 4 week initial training phase and am ready to move onto phase 2. Like an idiot I left my book at home today and I wanted to work out over my lunch break. If anyone has the book could you post or pm me the 1st workout in phase 2? Thanks!
To verify that you bought the book, what is the name of the initial program?
Also, it was three weeks, not four.
Shit, I thought it was 4, oh well. If I remember correctly the 1st phase was called Get Ready. I believe the 2nd one was called Get Big?
