I just read through an old article about the HOT-ROX transformation challenge. One of the winners said he normally drank two gallons of water a day, and during the last months/weeks he upped that to three gallons a day.
Me, I'm happy if I can get three liters, and my normal intake is about two or two and a half liters a day.
Is this enough? Or should I be aiming for much more? I'm sure I could up that intake, but it would be significantly harder to get that much, and if two liters are enough, I'd like to keep it that way.
