I know this is the last thing you guys want to think about in the middle of summer, but I have a problem. It is winter here and I am really struggling to take in enough water, the building I work in is cold and most of what I take in is cofee (to keep warm as much as anything) and protein drinks. The last thing I feel like is cold water (brr!) or warm water (puke!). How do you guys get around this prob esp. those in colder places.
I am from Canada so I do know what you mean. There isn’t much I can say that you already haven’t. You just have to suck it up, you have to get the water down one way or another, I usually just drink water that is room temp. You could drink juice or eat alot of water based fruit as well.
