6 years what was the post I didn’t get to see it

Thanks

I was saying the same as another guy so didn’t want to repeat. Sorry

That my E2 is high? What do u think about HCG? And E2 blocker.

So I’m fairly new but my research and my doctor tells me not to worry about e2. Dose is normally key cause to symptoms. Yes high e2 sucks. However the focus should not be treating the side effects. Instead fix frequency or dosage that is causing too much e2. When you have high e2 it’s the body throwing warning signals. Pipes about to blow!!

If your healthy you shouldn’t have to use ai. Many folks here will tell you to not take an ai, because now we know micro dosing works and if that doesn’t work lower the dose a tiny bit. Some have been on trt without ai from the start and are fine. Others were in ai and stopped with success. There is a small group of folks who can’t seem to manage e2 without some ai: usually due to genetics and extra fat. Thus the suggestion to eat right and get fit
if one changes dose and frequency without success then sure go for ai.

Ai sucks because they’ve found the long term damage it can have on a man. Trying to manage a e2 range is also dangerous and makes life hell. “Low e2 is 3x worse than high e2
maybe more. If also can cause long term damage. Brain, heart, bone health are compromised. Doctors do not seem worried at the thought of low e2 due to ai and just modify ai dose when it drops. Instead of freaking out at the damage there doing to there client.

Trt is a life long decision. We should focus on re-integrating T in a fashion that our body behaves without warning signs going off (ie. high e2, blood, and other issues)
were replacing what’s missing. If done right we should not have problems. I surely didn’t when I was healthy.

HCG works for many many many folks without sides. My good friend usses it and has no problems. Many men here also will say the same. On the other hand many men found that they had crappy side effects from trt-hcg therapy. Most believe it is because hcg creates allot of e2 and this is why we have sides. I was told by a well known hormone specialist it is the hcg chemical that does not sit well with some men.

I am with the men who say to only take T when starting out and no hcg. Only take hcg-hmg therapy when you want to be fertile. The testes reactivate just fine after months or years of no hcg use. I was worried about my tests 2 months ago. I stopped some weeks ago and my tested barely shrunk. I had dull pain that left me within hours after about a week or ten days of stopping hcg. I did try 100iu and it seemed to keep the pain away and I had zero sides. I tried 150 and 200 without sides as well. 200iu is what some use fir a minimal dosage twice a week

Using just T doesn’t mean you shouldn’t optimize thyroid, pregnalone, dhea, as needed.

Sorry long post but I hope this helps anyone else who comes via google

I’m nowhere near an expert I trt. I simply read and absorb as much as possible. Now I’m sharing what I know. Please do not base any decisions on my suggestions alone.
