Warrior Diet


I guess this has been discussed before but I would like to ask what do people think of the warrior diet ? I exercise twice per day Weights and running in the morning and martial arts in the evening and am not sure how to adapt it my exercise regime



The Warrior Diet is a nice idea that didn't pan out for the vast majority of athletes or bodybuilders who experimented with it.


Drink Warrior Milk all day along, esp after the AM workout, with some crudus. Eat huge after class. Take caffeine to keep the Sympathetic nervous sytem turned on, alternating with ginseng.


I think the intermittent fasting approach discussed on leangains.com would work better if you're itnerested in IF. However, it depends on how far spaced your workouts are during the day. You might not have the option of going so long without eating.
