3 weeks in and my weight is stuck at 279. I feel better, more energetic and so forth, during the day, but the weight is staying. Is this common while on a diet?

Makes you wonder if we really need to eat 6 times a day for maintenance, doesn’t it?
If you can maintain nearly 280lbs on a single meal (a big meal, fair enough), I sort of wonder what happens to the rest of our food intake when we are eating a heap more.
I don’t know HH. I read through some of the lit written on this type of diet and it seems a bit fishy to me.
I know a hundred people who have identical eating habits and they are all fat as hell…nothing during the day and a binge at night. All with huge bellies.
In eastern Europe there a few wise sayings that the old people teach us…
Eat your breakfast yourself.
Share your lunch with a friend.
Give your dinner to your enemy.

I’m very sceptical…especially the all you want and everything you want except cakes and shit.
I will look into it some more.
Tell me…aside from weight issues…have you measured your waist, chest, arms and legs?
