What do you think about doing a heavier rep to activate de body and then follow with your series scheduled? For example in your loom like a bodybuilder perform like and athlete program?
I like to use heavier work prior to doing lighter work, But the whole system has to be designed accordingly (for example my layer system).
Yu CANNOT add heavier work to an already complete program, especially not one like “Look like a bodybuilder…” which is based on avoiding neural fatigue as much as possible
What do you think about using a weight that does not represent much stress on the nervous system, and record the speed to accord with this workout and in subsequents workouts
