Warm Up for Main Lift in Power Look Program


How do you recommend warming up to the main lift in the power look program. Are there certain percentages and reps you use to work up to the main sets or what do you suggest?


Since there is a lot of volume for the main exercise, you should do as little work as possible while priming your nervous system. I like doing 3 sets of 3 with progressively more weight to warm-up, the last set being about 20lbs under the first work set.
