In your strength and size program from your website that I bought, it has for the main lift doing 70% for 3 reps and 80% for 3 reps followed by 80% for Max reps…
How would you work up before the 70% set?
Something like ramping setup?:
Bar x 10
40% x 10
50% x 3
60% x 3
70% x 3
80% x 3
80% x Max Reps
