Warm Up and Wrist Rollers

I do a few light cable workouts for my warm up. This I’m doing for my shoulder that was dislocated so it helps me prepare for heavy lifting.

Also I do wrist rollers everytime before I go to the gym.

Question is will doing wrist rollers everytime before i go to the gym fatigue my arms? Should I be only doing wrist rollers and any other wrist exercises ONLY on the day I train forearms?

Prob fatigue on back day when you need the grip and maybe on arms day…
