Guys,
A friend of mine is looking for a personal trainer in the Bay area.
He’s pretty much a complete newbie and he needs to lose weight and restore his health.
He’s an ex-army guy who became a chef who enjoyed tasting his food a little too much.
I’m looking for someone well-versed in T-Nation principles who won’t have him doing one-legged triceps kickbacks on a Swiss Ball.
Any candidates out there?
Just sent you an email, TC; Jesse Burdick is your guy.

If he’s serious and interested in always being fit and healthy - I’ve got the top person in the area.
Let me know…
In faith,
John
