Want to Start the Olympic Lifts

What would be a good weight to start with? See I can squat 1 rep of about 320 lbs but I can only do 1 rep of my bw benching (160 lbs) a bit of an imbalance I know.

well because olympic lifts really dont hit the chest at all that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. If you’re going to try and start the olympic lifts, I would reccomend finding a coach in your area - its the best way to learn proper form effectivly.
