I would like to get into competitive power lifting. I am 19 and weigh 155IB at 5’6" tall. Right now I max 215IB in bench. I have bean reading the site for a few months and reading about power lifting has really got me interested in the sport.
The only problem is that all the information this site offers has actually really kind of confused me. I’m not sure where to begin in creating a workout program and diet. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
