I can’t take credit for this but stumbled across it over on an r/weightroom thread. I printed a copy and jammed it in the front of my book. Jim has a table on contents on his website so I figure he’s probably cool with this, his just doesn’t have page numbers.

Well, seeing that has motivated me to buy a copy, so posting it generated a sale for Jim (I already have 2nd edition and Beyond)

I got it last week. Love it. The table helps a lot though, it’s hard to reference without it.
Saw the same on Jim’s site. Was curious as to the sheer number of programs, after hearing it could provide training for a lifetime.
