Ah, gotcha, I woulda been worried if that had been raw barbell stuff. Still impressive numbers.

Before I quit bent over barbell rowing my top/best work sets were 275 (pretty strict too) I quit because I go on call every 6 weeks and it’s 7 days of zero sleep and lots of work. For some reason my rows took the biggest hit and it felt like by the time I got back to 275 it was time to go on call again. It was kinda defeating mentally to lose it, juuuust get back to it then start the process over again. I feel the only thing I’ve lost is a little lower trap size, which I’m ok with.

My tiny ass would just tip over from holding 275 in that position.

Stayed at ole girls house last night. She made me poached eggs on top of English muffins with avacado spread all over and some soecail seasoning for brekky :man_shrugging: It was good AF!
THEN! Today around 3 she texts me a picture of the massive to go box she’s made me from her parents thanksgiving, which was amazing. She also had some coors light to wash it down :drooling_face: :drooling_face: So, feeling guilty I went to the gym briefly before consuming such anabolic food.

Went hiking yesterday with my female companion. We did ~15.5 miles and ~2,600ft of elevation and kept the pace pretty fast! Last mile or two done with headlamps which is always fun. Ate lots of good food this weekend as well, mostly healthy!

Tomorrow I shall meal prep and get back in the gizym.
