Had a back workout today that was horrible. One of those that makes you question everything, like why do I even workout.

Took a couple days off to rest, sleep well, eat well, and recharge my batteries. Come back and I’m weak as piss. So frustrating.

If I’m gonna randomly pop in a bitch, I guess I should randomly pop in when things go right.

Had a killer tits shoulders and bicep workout. BB OHP is making just a touch of progress and feeling good. Had a really good session today and it counter balanced the horrible one yesterday lol
