pull ups 4x5 <Have to find a better way to do these. Dont have a pullupbar, or rack that goes high enough.

Missed my 3rd squat, same for bench. Skipped deadlifts.

230/127.5kg on sqiat and bench

Bought a space heater for the gym, will make sessions in the dungeon a bit easier. Maybe even make wearing short doable.

Lowbar paused squat 4x5 @rpe 7

Just trying to gauge the actual rpe, 160kg was a pretty good rpe 7. Will start with 160kg next week, and see if i can go up from there.

First SBD of the new block, feeling good. Last training with the cold room, space heater comes in tomorrow.

Squat: 3x3 192,5kg
Pretty good, speed was consistent throughout all the sets/reps. 2nd set was the best, since i was the warmest. Next week 5kg more, will be good.

Bench: 4x3 105kg
Same old same old.

Sumo deadlift 3x3 paused @rpe 7.

180 x 3
same story as the lowbar from thursday, gaging what the rpe was, i think i maybe couldve gone a bit heavier, deads feeling good. This was about a 6.5ish.

Squat confidence still a little low after the failed maxout 2 weeks back, Its 100% mentally i just gotta stop being a little bitch is the cue. lol.

Conventional deadlift 5x5 167,5kg
doing 1st and last hookgrip and rest with straps, no real reason to beat up my thumbs more than needed if im doing the competition lift all hookgrip anyway.
I feel like im figuring convetional out better then ever, kinda makes me wanna try out convetional over sumo lol. Eh sumo is clicking right now to, so well see. Maybe 2021 will be the year i get a respectable deadlift?

Doing some extra quad hypertrophy since the leg extensions are with bands, and i feel like i need some extra work.

same as squat.

Deadlift: 3x3 paused @rpe 7
1x3 180kg paused
1x3 185kg paused
1x3 190kg semi paused
Deadlifts feeling good. The last set moved at about an rpe 7, but the pause was not up to par. Next week ill have to do the same weight but improve the pauses. 2021 already starting off good.

All 3 lifts moving in the good direction, theres gonna be a thicc total.

one of my goals for 2021 is to try and come close to this:
