Highbar beltless squat: 4x8 -180kg
Pretty cool to be able to do 180kg so early in the program for a 4x8beltless, this was previously my best set with belt on… Squats are getting fairly serious. :slight_smile:

Benchpress: 4x8 92,5kg
Was supposed to be 97,5kg, but i read the program wrong. Better luck next week.

Weighted pull ups 4x5 11kg

Last heavy training PRE amrap sesh next week. Really hyped/siked for that. Place your bets now as to what ill hit for the AMRAPS.

Woke up feeling stiff as a broom, and kind of dreaded today’s training, training in the shed, with cold weather aint fun, but it sets a good base line for shit conditions, good results i guess.
I love training in the shed.

Squat: 4x3 205kg
All sets moving like a good RPE 8 ish, maybe 8.5 maybe 7.5. Hard to judge sometimes, some days im the king of the grind, some days i cant even grind out a 8.69 lol. Very content with the last heavy squats.

Bench: 5x3 112,5kg
All moving good, ish. Pauses couldve been more consistent, but im happy.

Deadlifts: 2x3 197,5kg
This is where i started to feel the tight back, and the cold. The first 2 sets moved ok And beginning set 3 i just could not get the weight off the ground, my upperback was fatigued feeling.
All i can describe it as is: I didnt believe in it. Maybe i could have finished the 4x3, if i really psyched myself up to the max, but i didnt see any reason for it, save that hype/intent for next week.

All with all: Training 7.5, mentally a 7/10.

Biggest session ive had in some time. Fucking stoked with how it went, squat went great as expected, bench went ok, (underperformed, due to cramping in lowback, coudlve done more reps strength wise though) and deadlift went shit.
Guess @guineapig is gonna get his wish. Im switching back to the dark side. Tried some form reps, imo they looked very good… Lets see where this goes. :slight_smile:

One of the hardest, but easiest amraps ive ever done. Fucking stoked with the results…
Afterwards i tweaked my hamstring though, and conventional just felt whack.

Bench:
2x2 115kg
1x5 115kg
Coudlve gone better, however im satisfied, this was like a rpe 7, so knowing i coudlve done 3more reps is good enough for now. 3 plates will fall sooner rather than later.
