Update 2008: I’ve been training and getting stronger. I’m now shifting focus and doing the radical diet with a ultra slow movement weight lift.
I’m training the entire body 2 times a week. Since I’ve been on the RD (Radical Diet) 4 days I’ve dropped 7.5 lbs.
Supplements Taking:
Fish oil 3 TBL day,
Fiber 15-20 Grams day
I’m going to do the RD for 3 months. I’m hoping to drop down to 250.
