How do you get an accurate waist measurement? Everytime I measure mine I have a difficult time either overextending or underextending my stomach. Any tips on consistency?
i just go by my pants size…which isnt accurate…but its what matters in the end?..
relax. just relax all the way and always do so. sure your gut even if thin will stick out but you will gat and accurate measure of loses/gains.
