first squat day, free wheelin it and keeping it brief due to a prior appointment warm up sets for 5 reps at 135 225 275 then 3 work sets of 315 x5 i know its not that great but its 5 lbs more then double my current body weight and considering my horrible nutrition, lack of food and poor sleep levels im not entirety disappointed
after that i had time for 3 sets of deadman led extensions then i had to hurry up and walk down town. tomorrow i shal bench
