I never worked that one out![/quote]

At the top of each thread, to the left of the stars, it says “rating”. Click on that an you’ll get a little pop-up box that allows you to give stars.

Algian: Excellent Work. I nominate you for T-Nation Kook (with Too Much Time on His Hands and Thank God for Him) of the Year!

Cheers,
Scott

Thank you very very much!

All,

One more sheet added thanks to Duke. He also wrote a brief explanation on how to use the sheet:

A 2 page set-up.

Enter details into columns A,B,C & D of sheet 1 “create workout”, by using
the drop down lists in each cell.

If the exercise you design can be demonstrated on EXRX then a link will
appear in the last column, you just copy and paste it into explorer.

When finished sheet 1, go to sheet 2 to find the printable copy of your
workout.
Of course, adjusting the print area before printing is advisable.

I have a few versions of this sheet saved i.e… Full body workout, chest
triceps, back biceps, legs and abdomen… Etc

Hope it is of use to others.

Duke.

wow. thanks.

Algian –

Very impressive – thank you so much for all the work!

Is there one spreadsheet with all of them in it?

Nope. Unfortunately not. But it would be quite easy to make if you downloaded all the sheets.

No problem.

Can;t take all the credit though, not all the sheets are mine

By any chance are you aware of any diet plans (for loss/increasing weight/bulking, etc.) that would be outlined in excel or word?

Can anyone make these excel sheets available again please? The posted links no longer seem to be active.

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to get the links to work properly. I get a 404 error message.
