VOS supplemental movements

To Chad Waterbury, or anyone who has tried VOS:

I’m starting VOS for the squat next Monday, using leg curls and decline sit ups for the supplemental movements and dips and chins for the rest of the body.

It probably doesn’t make too big of a deal, but should the supplemental movements (leg curls and decline sit-ups) be done on the heavy day, or the lighter speed day?

Either day is fine
