VOS results

After a 3 month layoff from squats and most other legwork due to a lateral soleus injury, I decided to try VOS to bring my numbers back up. I maxed out today at 295, up from 275. I guess 20 pounds in less than 4 weeks isn’t bad.

Coach Waterbury, not that I plan to do so, but how long would you recommend waiting to repeat the program?
