Volume Training Variation

Hey guys,

I’m about to start a higher volume routine and have a question. Can I use explosive lifts if hypertrophy is the main goal? I wanted to add in a “fun” day, but don’t want it to hurt my goal . Here is my routine, everything done in “bear style”:

Monday:
Bench
Rows
Squats

Wednesday:
Clean and Push Press
Weighted Dips
DB Snatches

Friday:
Deadlifts
Military Press
Weighted Chins

Also, mondays and fridays I’m goin to do one 15 minute edt arm session (curls and skulls crushers).

Looks fine to me… I don’t think you’ll need 15 minutes of EDT, 10 minutes will be enough
