Hey Coach Thibaudeau hope all is well, just wanted your opinion of what would be better exercise selections for the squatting, benching and deadlifting (or Olympic lift ) for your step loading program, mainly just wanting to pick best variations to get bigger along with stronge…… Squatting Variation: (Back Squat/Front Squat/Low Box Squat) Benching Variation: (Flat or Incline) Deadlift Variation ( or Olympic Lift)(Deadlift, Muscle Snatch, Snatch Grip High Pull). There is no such thing.

The “best” variation of each lift is really specific to the person.

Limbs to torso ratio
Muscle dominance/bias
Mobility
Technical expertise

Are all things that can influence which lift variations will be the best options.
