Volume on Supp/Acc Lifts

what kind of volume are you guys doing on the accessory/supplemental lifts? I’m currently doing about 4 sets on 3-4 movements in addition to the main movement of the day. Anyone doing more or less?

On the supplemental lift I’ll go between 3 and 6 sets, depending on how much volume I plan to do that training week. I’m actually thinking out dumping these lifts to concentrate more on the main lift.

On accessory lifts I was doing 3-5 movements at 3-4 sets each, but I’m cutting down on that too. Probably more like 1-2 movements and more sets.
