Volume on Bodyweight Movements?

Great article on bodyweight training!
Wondering about volume, would you do one all out set on these? For example myo reps?

Don’t just drop and give it 3 sets of 50 push ups like I did, even if you can. You’ll get a sick pump but you’ll be so sore.

It depends on the method and work capacity of the individual. But normally with the techniques mentioned in the articles I like 2-3 work sets and 1-2 warm-up sets.

I also favor a whole body approach with 3-4 exercises in a workout. I also like to include isometrics in the session, which will be covered in another article I wrote.
