Thanks for your replies everyone. I was looking at TAtes “big bad bench” artical and saw how the weeks are divided into small, medium and large volume weeks and was really how I could do this with my squat training? I read in the periodzation bible part II how the sets and reps should change from work out to work out as well as how you shouldn’t use the same exercises more than two workouts in a row. The purpose being that you should keep your body “guessing” (that sounds so muscle & fitnessish) Anyways I was just looking for some other peoples ideas on how they adjust volume.
