Volume and Strength

Just finished my first leader of Volume and Strength, and I didn’t think that I would like a 3 day program but I was wrong. Appetite is through the roof. There is something primal about it.

Forever doesn’t specifically state it but I’m thinking of running another leader then the anchor. Anyone have experience with it?

Also, anyone contemplating running it, Air Dyne and facepulls on off days are a must for recovery.

Yes he recommends 2 leaders and then anchor.
