Whats the best time to take Vitex (AM, PM, in between)?. Would I get better absorption taking it on an empty stomach? Also, with 400mg caps two a day is the recommended dose right?
In the a.m., 2x400mg is what I take(there are different preperations) and the a.m is the only time you should have an empty stomach, but I take it with breakfast.
