Some interesting responses. I believe the study points to significant potential downside to my using vit C as I was. I’m certain that I’m really uncertain about the best course of action but that’s nothing new. For me it’s between my concern about excessive cortisol and my concern about my insulin sensitivity. Not being in a position to do my own clinical tests on myself it comes down as it often does to best guess, gut feeling and information gleaned from those with more knowledge and experience (usually T-Nation, thanks guys).
