I’ve taken lemon balm [meant to help mental fatigue], ginseng [boosts energy], and your typical multi-vitamin; but I was wondering if anyone has found any supplements worthwhile? Many claim to magically increase your ability to focus, calm your mood, and lower stress; but I haven’t found any that produce notable benefits.
