I read an article on T-Nation (Superfood) where the author stated that certain supplements are bad for you and that vitamin E actually causes cancer. I found that statement odd because I knew that vitamin E was a great anti-oxidant and safe even at doses above 1000iu per day. The fact that the vitamin may CAUSE cancer was very surprising.
I did a little reading and found out that there is research stating that E might not be safe. There is also ongoing clinicals to find out if E is safe above 400iu per day. Have you heard anymore on this ??
