Hey T-Nation, just a couple of questions here.
I am currently taking 6 1200mg soft gels of fish oil daily. Is this too much or too little? I weight 170 pounds.
I also just purchased a bottle of vitamin D3. I have heard a lot of respected members recommending it but i’m not sure i should be taking d3 or d2? I also have no idea about the dosages.
Any help would be awesome! Thanks.
