Vitamin C

Agreed, Jim. Someone beat this website w/ an ugly stick.

I’ve been using Vitamin C for years now with excellent results. I have only been sick twice over the past 24 months (sinusitis), and I attribute it to working out regularly, getting enough rest and 500mg C with 400iu E each morning and night. That’s the one gram of C you referred to. I believe it helps with muscle recovery, as well.
