I had a few questions about timing my multi and my elitepro minerals.
I have 2 fat/prot meals and 4 carb/prot meals, and I also sleep three times a day for about 1.5-2h each (because of work).
Now the reccomendation is to take the minerals before you sleep, so should I take the 7 tabs before one of my sleeps, or should I take 2 tabs before each of my 3 sleeps?
If I am taking a multivitamin every day, should I have it with the fat/prot meals or the carb/prot meals? I know having it with fat will better absorb the fat soluble vits, but could it also build up to an overdose of them?
I dont want to overthink this, just want a daily routine with some logic behind it, any feedback appreciated!
