Quick but PR day for volume on strict log. Wanted 3 sets of 10 but even with a stripped set of 220, 10 is just out of the cards for now. Might try 3-4x8 next time with 240.

4/23/21 - funny front squat/yoke sessions. Mostly the front squats. So out of practice my top set was 235lbs.

Ultimately not happy with how it feels but what can I do. Trying to actually turn yoke into a stronger event. It’s by far my worst event.

315x10 really, really easy. Gas off tho as i cant afford the DOMS right now, nor do I have any reason to test volume with like 100 sets of 10.

I’ll probably start rotating back and front squats weekly but alternating intensities. Idk. High bar feels good even though I haven’t trained it in about 6 years.

@simo74 Haha, thanks man. I’m feeling really strong and healthy, just have to coast on the strength gains and back off here and there. I always find it easy to train hard and get strong but to sustain and be prudent is always a challenge when you just want to push harder.

5/13/21 - Bw 234 really fuckin awesome Log day. Bw is a bit down from slightly lower calories but feeling okayish.
