Views on Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)


conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) For fat loss and muscle gain ? Worth buying or just a waste of money ?
PS I am already consuming omega 3 tabs


There appears to be some decent science behind it compared to most supplements on the market. I’ve used it for a while now as it’s quite affordable. However, there is no appreciable way to measure its effects. It really fits in the ‘if everything else in in check then add it’ category, and certainly after fish oil. 4g a day is a useful dosage and probably 3 to 6 months an adequate trial period.
