275 : good lift
290 : goof lift (after hand off error)
300 : no lift
Flared my elbows way too early on the 300.
Warm-ups didn’t feel great so I started very light for this. I was planning on going 440, 480, 500. It turns out my third attempt was the same anyway.
405 : good lift
450 : good lift
500 : no lift
1 White, 2 Reds on the third pull. I guess I didn’t have my right knee locked out.

My goal was an 800 total, and if the last pull counted I would have been pretty close. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to competing in another Push/Pull in December.
