Here’s an effective mechanical drop set for the posterior chain. Start with the “dead walk”. Focus on keeping the front leg straight and stretching the hamstrings (of the front leg) as you go down; push the hip back. When you go up try to push the floor back with your front heel. 6-8 reps per leg.
Then switch to deadstart long step lunges for 6-8 steps per side. If you are really crazy you can finish off with 6-8 KB Romanian deadlifts.
