They do this all the time over at MD, at least lately. They post a vid and don’t update for a few days, sometimes never. This was part 1 of 4. I’m hoping tomorrow we can see the rest.

haha nope i was in florida at the time, he did train legs next to me a couple months ago

Pull-ups and lat pulldowns. Basically the same routine as everyone.

On the training, this video and others have pointed out what I think is a mistake I have been making in my back training. With pull-ups, chins, pulldowns etc. I have been going for full ROM (chest to the bar essentially). I notice that many of the big guys go to nose level more or less. This makes sense since you can use more weight and not end the set too early. Those few inches going from nose to chest is likely mostly biceps.

I’ve (among others like tribunaldude) been commenting on that in roughly 300 threads, to no avail, as everybody seems to be in love with the “FULL ROM!!!111” school of “thought” on here :wink:
