Hey Bill, or anybody else, do you think doing 15 sets of 6-8 reps, 5 sets of reps, or 5 sets of 1-2 reps would be good schemes to use when cutting up to preserve as much strength as possible? Yes, I am planning on doing Meltdown training but I kind of want to change it up a bit before I hit the meltdown a second time.
