im a strength coach and i measure verts with alot of high school athletes on the vertec…if you get measured without a jab step, your vert will be alot lower than you think…
typically 30-32 inch verticals with no jab step are fairly rare, anything above that is amazing…
several factors effect vertical measurements…one of them being bodyweight, so keep that in mind
from those measurements and the general sound of things i’d say your in the 28-29 inch range which is pretty good…let us know what your measurement eventually is
